Season 4 of Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone starts this Wednesday, June 22nd. We’ve seen plenty of teasers and reveals of some content coming with Season 4 and now we have the entire roadmap. With Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone Season 4 just over the horizon, let’s jump straight into the content.
Warzone
Call of Duty: Warzone is seeing its fair share of updates with Season 4. The largest update coming to Warzone is the introduction of Fortune’s Keep. Fortune’s Keep is the new small-scale resurgence map replacing Rebirth Island, temporarily, in the coming season. Additionally, Fortune’s Keep offers plenty of points of interest (POIs) for operators to explore.
Caldera will also be seeing some changes with the start of Season 4. New Mercenary Vaults allow players to hunt for and fight over much-needed loot. Known for its vegetation, it would seem that the groundskeepers have finally made their way to Caldera as 50% of the maps vegetation will be gone. Finally, operators will have new micro-POIs to explore including the reintroduction of Storage Town, first seen in Verdansk.
Players can also look forward to plenty of new features across Warzone. Armored SUVs, portable redeploy balloons, and ATMs filled with cash top the list. Also being added are Black Market Runs for exclusive loot, an EMP grenade, and a new Cash Extraction event.
Vanguard Multiplayer
Season 4 shakes up Call of Duty: Vanguard with plenty of new content. Firstly, two new maps come to Vanguard multiplayer in Season 4. At launch, players are (re)introduced to USS Texas 1945, a new version of USS Texas from Call of Duty: WWII. Later in the season, the battle shifts to Desolation, the second new map in Season 4.
A classic party game returns with Blueprint Gun Game. This mode pits players against one another as they try to rank-up through different tiers of weapon blueprints.
Vanguard Zombies
Vanguard zombies is seeing it’s largest update since the introduction of Terra Maledicta. Shi No Numa, one of the most iconic zombies maps in history makes its return to the Call of Duty franchise. Furthermore, with Shi No Numa comes the start of round-based zombies in Call of Duty: Vanguard. Furthermore, a new Wonder Weapon Quest, a new Pack-a-Punch Camo, a new quest, story, narrative, and more come with Season 4.
Across Games
In Season 4, three new operators will join the fight. At launch, players can become Carver Burcher, and later in season, Callum Hendry and Ikenna Olowe become available for unlock. Four brand new weapons will be added to the armory for unlock in the new season as well. Through the Battle Pass, players can unlock the Marco 5 SMG and the UGM-8 LMG. Later in season, players can unlock the Push Dagger melee weapon and the Vargo-S AR. In this season, plenty of new bundles will be available for purchase as well.
