The Battle of Verdansk is over. Call of Duty: Vanguard is now unveiled.

Warzone’s in-game event saw players drop into a flashback of Verdansk to take on an armored train. Armed with RPGS, AK-47s, C58s, FARA 83s and more, players worked together to destroy the train. The event ended with players running for an exfil with bombers overhead. Then, Vanguard was finally revealed.
Call of Duty: Vanguard will take place across four different fronts of World War II. Players will fight using different characters across North Africa, the Eastern Front, the Western Front, and the Pacific Front. Through different exhilarating missions, players will experience some of World War II’s most influential battles.
At launch, twenty multiplayer maps will be available to play. Sixteen of these maps are for the core multiplayer experience. Four of these maps will be for Champion Hill, a reimagined 2v2 Gunfight. Returning to Vanguard multiplayer is fan-favorite feature Gunsmith.
Zombies is back in Vanguard as players will fight the undead in a zombies experience developed by Treyarch. Furthermore, Vanguard’s zombies mode will continue and intertwine with the Dark Aether story seen in Black Ops Cold War. Vanguard zombies will posit as the precursor to Black Ops Cold War zombies.
Warzone will experience exciting changes with the release of Call of Duty: Vanguard. Later this year, a brand new map will release in Warzone as the battle royale shifts away from Verdansk. In addition, Warzone will see the introduction of a PC anti-cheat. Moreover, full integration between Vanguard and Warzone will become available upon release of the new map. Likewise, Vanguard will be integrated with Modern Warfare, Black Ops Cold War, and Vanguard. All content earned in previous Call of Duty titles will carry into Warzone upon Vanguard’s integration.
Running on the Modern Warfare engine, Vanguard will feel familiar to fans of the franchise. Additionally, interactive environments, cross progression, and much more make Vanguard a title worthy of excitement.
Further, the Battle Pass system and other fan-favorite features return in Vanguard. Additional information about Vanguard is on the horizon. Called the most advanced Call of Duty experience ever, Vanguard is sure to send shockwaves of excitement throughout the Call of Duty community.
