Rebirth Iron Trials: What You Need to Know

Iron Trials was a fan-favorite game mode when originally introduced into Warzone. Many called it a unique, dynamic, and overall fun mode. However, it was only available on Verdansk, which has since been replaced by Caldera. That said, a new mode is coming to Rebirth Island; introducing Rebirth Iron Trials.

Rebirth Iron Trials puts the classic Iron Trials twist on the small battle royale map. This mode will be available for duos only. Along with this change comes changes to the gameplay.

The round timers and circle collapse have been adjusted to fit the fast-faced gameplay of the island. There will be no free loadouts and players will have to fork out an increased price of $10,000 to wield their custom weapons. If you die though, you will retain 30% of your cash up from the usual 20%. No need to worry about the skies anymore as ATVs are the only vehicles allowed. Players need to rely on their gun skill to take down opponents as melee finisher damage has been removed. All items at the Buy Station also see increased costs.

Operators drop into the island with 2.5x the usual health, with an increase from 100 to 250. Additionally, the health regeneration timer will be 7 seconds long, up from 5, and regen per second drops from 120 to 40. It will now take longer for auto-healing to begin and the healing won’t be as quick either. Moreover, players will not drop in with a simple handgun anymore as the Top Break pistol and Sawtooth melee weapon will be in players’ hands upon landing.

There are many changes to loot including basic attachments, rarity spawn rates, killstreaks, cash spawns, and field upgrades. Equipment changes to sniper rifles, stun grenades, and medical syringes are sure to shake up play. The Gulag awaits players unfortunate enough to not make it off the island with their lives. Further, players who win the Gulag will redeploy with whatever they have left from their 1v1 fight.
