Where Should You Start in Modern Warfare?

Where Should You Start in Modern Warfare?

0

With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare fast approaching, we felt it was necessary to provide some insight on where you should start. Here’s some keynotes on our favorite features coming in Modern Warfare

1.) Try the 2v2 Mode

This is a very competent mode at doing what it does – a barebones, basic, competitive Call of Duty experience. This is something we feel some of the most recent titles have been lacking. This should definitely fill that void for any relatively-competitive player.

2) Don’t sleep on the SMG’s

With years of Call of Duty launches under our belt, one of the most common mistakes new players make is playing far too slow. It seems that these days, SMG’s are sidelined by the community. While everyone loves playing more stationary with a more distanced weapon, if everyone – at least for the first week – played with an aggressive sub-machine gun, the maps and modes would run differently. Our personal recommendation would be the AUG. It’s beautiful, ’nuff said.

3. Lose The K/D Mentality

It appears to be a point of debate every single year. In short, K/D doesn’t have to be the be all-end all for enjoyment. Play to have fun, and enjoy yourself. That in turn, will make the game MUCH more enjoyable for others.

4. Get into some 20 v 20 action

For the first time in Call of Duty multiplayer HISTORY, we have a 20v20 mode! This gamemode is an absolute blast for anyone looking for some fast-paced, vehicle-heavy operation to involve themselves in. It is definitely a completely unique experience that should not be forgotten about.

5. Campaign, Campaign, Campaign

Definitely do NOT miss out on this action packed, thrill ride campaign! We highly recommend you give this a try on Hardened for a fair mix between challenging and easy difficulties.

6. A brand new Special Ops Mode!

We won’t spoil! Be sure to grab a group of friends and try out the re imagined Special Ops mode!

All around, we just wanted to share our personal thoughts and anticipation for this upcoming launch – as well as hopefully provide a few tips for you all to begin with. It would seem that everyone is much more excited for Call of Duty this year than in awhile, and we’re really excited to get back on the grind.
